What are your payment options?We accept a bunch of payment methods for “memberships” and classes—just pick what works best for you! Here are the payment types we accept:

What type of bike is used?We use super comfy stationary bikes with adjustable resistance—perfect for finding your groove!

What is the cancellation policy?To help us manage class sizes and expectations, all class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a class credit for a future booking. For late cancellations or same-day cancellations, the class credit will not be refunded or credited. Do you offer any special events or challenges?Oh, for sure! We love a good challenge! Join our community rides, themed events, and challenges to keep things exciting and fun! Want to rent a class for a group celebration? We can do that! Reach out to us and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your party.

Is there a community or social aspect?Absolutely! We’re all about building a supportive community. Join our social media groups or come to class to connect with fellow riders!

Are instructors certified?You bet! Our instructors are certified pros ready to help you crush your goals!

What safety measures are in place?Your safety is our priority! We keep everything spick and span, with regular bike cleanings and all the latest health protocols in place!

What are your hours?Our hours are currently M-F while we get this party started! We will have early morning and evening classes, so you can decide if a morning or evening class is better for your groove!

Can I change or cancel my membership?Totally! Life happens, and we get it. Check out our policies for making changes or cancellations whenever you need. If you need further help, don’t hesitate to contact us.

What should I wear to a class?Rock some comfy, moisture-wicking gear! And if you've got cycling shoes, awesome—if not, any good athletic shoes will do.

Do I need to reserve a spot in advance?It’s a good idea! Popular classes fill up fast, so snag your spot and get ready to ride! It’s possible to drop in and grab an available spot, but we don’t want you to risk making the effort to get there for all the spots to be taken.

What is the typical duration of a class?Most classes are between 20 and 45 minutes—just the right amount to sweat it out and feel amazing!

Are classes suitable for beginners?Absolutely! We welcome everyone, so whether you’re a newbie or a pro, you’re going to have a blast!

Can I bring my own water or snacks?Definitely! At The Revolve Haus, we want to create a clean and enjoyable environment for all our members. To ensure everyone has a great experience, please adhere to the following food policy: Beverages: Water and electrolyte beverages must be contained in a sealed bottle. Please avoid bringing open containers to maintain cleanliness and prevent spills. Snacks: Light snacks are allowed but must be consumed away from the bikes and any workout areas. Please choose non-messy options to keep our space tidy and pleasant for everyone. Staying hydrated is key, and a little snack is always a good idea—just check our policy on food, HERE to make sure you are seeing the latest Haus Rules.
