1. Waiver and Release of Liability
Before participating in any classes at The Revolve Haus, riders must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability. By signing, participants acknowledge the inherent risks of indoor cycling and agree to release The Revolve Haus, its owners, staff, and instructors from liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur during classes. This waiver ensures that each rider is aware of and accepts the potential risks involved in cycling activities.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
We strongly recommend that all participants consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program, including spin classes. The Revolve Haus requires members to inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before each class to help instructors provide a safe and enjoyable workout experience for all.

3. Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy: To help us manage class sizes and expectations, all class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a class credit for a future booking. For late cancellations or same-day cancellations, the class credit will not be refunded or credited.

4. No-Show Policy
No-Show Penalty: Members who fail to attend a reserved class without prior cancellation will be subject to a no-show fee of $10. This fee helps us ensure fair access to all riders by opening spots for waitlisted members and maintaining class availability.

5. Class Registration
To secure a spot, all classes must be pre-registered through our website or mobile app. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability.

6. Age Restrictions
The Revolve Haus is committed to providing a safe environment for all members. Minimum age for participation is 16. Riders under 18 must have parental consent. We may request ID verification for age compliance.

7. Class Behavior Policy
To maintain a supportive and positive class environment, we expect all riders to respect their instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to inappropriate language or aggressive actions, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without a refund.

8. Photography and Media Release
From time to time, we may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes. By attending a class, members agree to be photographed or filmed unless they have opted out by informing staff at the front desk. These media materials may be used on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

9. Punch Card Terms
Punch Card Terms and Conditions:

Punch cards are available in increments of 5, 10, 15, or 20 rides at discounted rates.

Punch cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire within 12 months of purchase.

Riders who purchase a one-time class may upgrade to a punch card within 24 hours to apply the one-time fee toward a package.

Refunds are not provided for unused punch cards or individual class purchases. Exceptions may be made in cases of documented medical necessity, in which case we will provide credit toward future classes.
